A thrilling musical celebration, as Canterbury Chamber Choir and friends unite with the dazzling Cantia Quorum Brass for an unforgettable evening of powerful music for brass and voices.
At the heart of the programme is John Rutter’s radiant Gloria—a vibrant and jubilant masterpiece bursting with rhythmic energy and soaring melodies. Alongside it, the choirs will perform a rich selection of music by Ralph Vaughan Williams, C. Hubert H. Parry, Kenneth Leighton, and William Walton, showcasing the grandeur and expressive beauty of the British choral tradition.
Directed by Peter Futcher, with Kent’s finest voices and the glorious sound of brass resonating through the wonderful space of the Colyer-Fergusson Concert Hall, this promises to be an exhilarating concert that celebrates the joy, drama, and splendour of choral music at its finest.
